For us, the concept of 100% handmade is truly special. Every phase of the production process is imbued with dedication, patience, and love: from material cutting to shaping, each step is executed manually with attention to detail to create shoes that will make you fall in love.

CUTTING AND MATERIALS All our VEGAN SHOES ITALY shoes start with material cutting, done manually by our artisans. We work exclusively with 100% vegan fabrics from our trusted producers, carefully transformed by expert hands into the designs of our collections. The main materials we use include AppleSkin, Piñatex, and Corn Leather, which will be the starting point to create 100% animal-free shoes, perfect to accompany you on every occasion.
	FROM MOLD TO PATTERN CUTTING Once the fabrics are prepared and paired, the artisans choose molds suitable for cutting the various parts of the shoe they are producing. Each component of the footwear is made separately; the cutting of the insole and various upper parts will be prepared, which will then be assembled later. The cutting of the various components is done using a manual press, which imprints the shape of the molds onto the fabric, derived from the patterns provided during the design phase.
LOGO APPLICATION Most of our models feature our logo printed on the insole. The VEGAN SHOES ITALY brand represents all the ethical and moral values we encompass in our shoes, tells our story, and carries our desire to change a market that still takes too much from the dignity and life of animals. Thus ends the purely mechanical part of production, and from now on, molds and presses give way to the skilled hands of our artisans. Every stud, detail, and application will be worked by hand, in a long work of patience and precision that tells the passion for a lengthy and fulfilling job. This moment truly evidences a genuinely artisanal product: by not resorting to the use of machinery, shoes of the same series may exhibit tiny differences, capable of telling the story of the artisan who applied them.

	DETAILS APPLICATION At this point, the artisan, with all the parts cut and ready to be worked, carefully dedicates themselves to inserting decorative details. The attachment of studs and all decorations specified by the design is done manually, lending your footwear the uniqueness and refinement that only true craftsmanship can provide.
ATTACHMENT TO THE MODEL After the details are applied, we proceed by attaching the insole in the shape that the artisan will use to mold the upper and shape the shoe. The form on which the model is worked will contribute to creating the typical fit of that individual product and will allow the development of the entire range of shoe sizes.
	COMPONENTS ASSEMBLY This is the part of the process we love the most, where all the parts are finally joined, sewn, and glued together to give life to a unique product. With infinite skill, our footwear artisans fold and shape the upper parts to bring to life the model we had commissioned months earlier. One of the great truths behind our collection is undoubtedly the time they require: time to imagine them, to design them, to create them.
SOLE APPLICATION At this point, our shoe is nearly ready; the artisans carefully place the water-based adhesive-treated sole on the bottom of the shoe and let it set to ensure it adheres to the insole. This process is crucial because it will provide stability and safety to the footwear, thus subject to numerous quality checks. At this point, the footwear is examined from various angles: the product must be well-assembled, and all production standards must be met.
	FINISHED MODEL And so we arrive at the finished product, ready to be shipped to our point of sale, where it can be tried on in-store or shipped anywhere in the world to accompany you on your walks and adventures.
