SHIPPING, EXCHANGES, AND RETURNS

	Our shipments are completely Plastic-free. We ship your orders using certified natural parcel paper and 100% recycled paper parcel tape, or by using recycled boxes obtained through various agreements with nearby points of sale. To secure your purchases during shipping, we use, if necessary, newspaper or material from previous shipments to minimize the impact of our work.
For international shipments, we rely on the DPD courier. Shipping times for Europe are 3-4 working days; *Shipping times may vary for Nae and Noah brand products. The SHIPPING COST is €14.90 and includes tracking.

 SIZE EXCHANGE

If you have purchased a product, but the size is incorrect or if the fit doesn't suit your foot type, you can exchange the purchased item for any other item available on www.veganshoes.it.

CONDITIONS FOR EXCHANGE

To accept the return, footwear must have been tried on in a clean environment; the returned product must be new and in the same condition as when it was sent, including the original box. Please carefully package the product and do not apply stickers directly into the shoe's original packaging, as we won't be able to accept your return or provide a refund.

EXCHANGE TIMELINES AND COST

You can request an exchange within 15 days from the date of order delivery.*
For international shipments, return shipping costs are at the responsibility of the buyer, for product or size exchange we will be happy to cover the cost of the new shipment.
